Knowing how to understand a customer's needs, communicate clearly, answer questions, and create a positive experience are all skills that translate naturally into sales and are exactly what our Wireless Sales Representative do regularly. KC Management Standards, located in Kansas City, is hiring a full-time Wireless Sales Representative to represent AT&T Business. This Wireless Sales Representative role is an entry-level sales opportunity focused on helping customers and businesses understand wireless services and finding telecommunication solutions that fit their needs.

Wireless Sales Representative Responsibilities:

As a Wireless Sales Representative, work directly with local businesses, introduce AT&T wireless and connectivity services Guide customers through the sales and enrollment process Learn the AT&T product line, strengthen your sales approach, and develop the communication skills needed to have productive conversations with different types of customers. Explain AT&T products, plans, features, and service options in a way that is easy for the customer to understand. Recommend wireless and telecom services based on the customer's needs and business requirements. Guide interested customers through the sales and enrollment process. Maintain accurate account information and complete appropriate sales follow-up.

Wireless Sales Representative Qualifications:

Experience in restaurants, bartending, coffee shops, hospitality, retail, or other customer-facing environments can provide a strong foundation for sales Strong communication and listening skills with an interest in developing sales abilities. Able to understand customer needs and communicate information clearly. Professional, dependable, and comfortable working toward individual and team sales goals. Detail oriented with experience managing accounts is a plus

Pay:

$1,100.00 - $1,500.00 per week
