Monday-Friday, 6:00 AM-2:30 PM Job Summary We are hiring a Technical Specialist / Engineering Technician to provide technical support to engineers and scientists. The position involves performing technical evaluations, supporting root-cause investigations, documenting findings, and following established technical procedures. This is a great opportunity for an entry-level technical professional with relevant education, specialized training, or hands-on experience in manufacturing, engineering, quality, or a skilled trade. Responsibilities Support engineers and scientists with technical tasks and activities. Evaluate technical events and issues to assist with determining root cause. Support recommended corrective actions. Follow established procedures, work instructions, and technical guidelines. Prepare technical reports and documentation. Assist with developing or improving procedures and methods. Troubleshoot straightforward technical issues using established solutions. Maintain accurate technical records and documentation. Work within technical specialty or skilled-trade functions as needed. Requirements Technical education, specialized training, or equivalent experience. Basic understanding of technical procedures and work routines. Ability to follow detailed instructions and established processes. Good problem-solving and analytical skills. Strong attention to detail. Good written and verbal communication skills. Ability to work effectively with engineers and other technical personnel. Preferred Manufacturing or engineering experience Quality or troubleshooting experience Skilled-trade or hands-on technical background Experience with technical documentation or root-cause analysis #
