In this role, you will be responsible for developing new business opportunities, managing key accounts, and delivering tailored product demonstrations to clients in various laboratory, pharmaceutical, and medical settings. Your energetic approach will help build lasting customer relationships, drive sales performance, and expand our presence in the territory. This position offers an exciting opportunity to leverage your technical sales expertise and passion for science to make a meaningful impact. Responsibilities Identify and pursue new sales opportunities within assigned territory through proactive outreach and networking. Manage existing client accounts by providing exceptional customer service, understanding their needs, and offering suitable product solutions. Conduct engaging product demonstrations that highlight the technical features and benefits of laboratory equipment to potential clients. Negotiate sales terms effectively, ensuring mutually beneficial agreements that meet sales targets. Utilize CRM (Customer Relationship Management) systems to track leads, manage customer interactions, and analyze sales data for strategic planning. Collaborate with internal teams to develop customized proposals, presentations, and technical solutions aligned with client requirements. Maintain comprehensive knowledge of scientific/medical equipment trends, industry standards, and competitor activities to stay ahead in the market. Skills Proven experience in B2B sales, especially within scientific or medical equipment sectors, with a strong track record of meeting or exceeding sales goals. Exceptional negotiation skills coupled with the ability to close deals efficiently. Demonstrated expertise in account management and customer relationship building across diverse client profiles. Strong presentation skills with the ability to deliver compelling product demos using Microsoft PowerPoint or similar tools. Technical sales experience with a deep understanding of laboratory instruments, pharmaceutical products, or medical devices. Excellent communication skills—both verbal and written—to effectively engage clients and internal teams. Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite (Word, PowerPoint) and CRM systems for managing sales pipelines and client data. Ability to analyze market trends, territory data, and customer feedback to optimize sales strategies. Field sales experience with a focus on outside sales activities including client visits, trade shows, and industry events. Leadership qualities that inspire teamwork and foster a high-performance sales environment.
