If you enjoy talking with people, helping them compare options, and finding solutions that fit their needs, this role puts those skills to work. As a Customer Representative you'll meet with customers and local businesses, introduce wireless and internet services, explain different plans and promotions, and help customers get started with the products they choose. No two conversations are exactly alike, giving you the chance to build confidence, strengthen your sales skills, and gain hands-on experience working directly with customers.

Customer Representative Responsibilities:

Meet with customers and businesses to understand their needs and recommend relevant products and services Present wireless, internet, and technology solutions in a clear and professional way Build relationships with new and existing customers Generate new customer opportunities and work toward individual sales goals Answer questions and address customer concerns throughout the sales process Explain product features, pricing, promotions, and available options Guide customers through enrollment, orders, and account updates Follow up with customers to help create a positive experience Work closely with your team and leadership to improve sales results Stay knowledgeable about current products, services, and market offerings

Customer Representative Qualifications and Skills:

Previous experience in sales, retail, customer service, hospitality, or other people-focused roles is a plus, but not required Comfortable starting conversations with new people Motivated by goals and measurable results Professional, positive, and dependable Able to work independently while contributing to a team Willingness to learn and develop sales skills
