Onsite Job Description

Our client, an IT Industry , is looking to hire an Integration Tech in Southaven ,

MS Pay Rate Range:

$22/hr on w2 - $24.54/hr on W2 , depending on experience

Responsibilities:

Support technical integration activities across applications and systems.

Assist with the configuration, testing, and maintenance of integration points.

Troubleshoot issues related to applications, system connectivity, and data flow.

Work with technical teams to identify and resolve integration-related issues.

Monitor and follow up on technical issues to help maintain operational stability.

Assist with testing system changes and integration updates.

Maintain accurate technical records, support documentation, and issue information.

Follow established procedures and technical guidance when handling integration tasks.

Coordinate with internal technical teams to escalate and resolve issues as needed.

Support day-to-day operational activities related to system integrations and connectivity.

Document troubleshooting steps, resolutions, and follow-up activities.

Requirements:

• 1-3 years of experience in technical support, application support, systems support, or a related technical role.
• Basic understanding of system interfaces, data movement, or application connectivity.
• Experience troubleshooting technical or application-related issues.
• Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting skills.
• Ability to work with technical teams and coordinate issue resolution.
• Comfortable following established procedures and technical instructions.
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Ability to document technical issues and maintain accurate records.
• Good written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to work effectively in a team-oriented technical environment.
