The position will lead collaboration among USASOC, USSOCOM, defense laboratories, industry, academia, and research institutions to accelerate capability modernization and transition emerging technologies into operational use at Ft. Bragg, NC. Must be a U.S. Citizen. Must have an active Secret clearance.

Responsibilities:

Manage the full lifecycle of CRADAs, MOAs/MOUs, and technology partnership initiatives, ensuring alignment with USASOC modernization priorities and USSOCOM capability gaps Lead cross-functional Integrated Product Teams (IPTs) to develop independent work plans, capability roadmaps, risk assessments, and technology maturation strategies Develop and execute technology transition strategies to move successful research outcomes into Programs of Record (PoRs), Other Transaction Authority (OTA) agreements, Middle Tier of Acquisition (MTA) pathways, or fielding initiatives Advise senior
