The Associate Technician, R D applies basic scientific and engineering principles to a wide range of testing and operational processes. They will be responsible for conducting product and process trials on both commercial and prototype equipment, as well as accurately collect all testing and process data.
Responsibilities:
The Associate Technician, R D applies basic scientific and engineering principles to a wide range of testing and operational processes. They will be responsible for conducting product and process trials on both commercial and prototype equipment, as well as accurately collect all testing and process data.
What You'll Do:
Work collaboratively as a team member under close supervision while supporting laboratory and project objectives. Document test results and author accurate, detailed test data reports. Demonstrate initiative in learning and fully understanding test methods, procedures, and operational processes. Follow and apply all required processes, procedures, and quality standards. Complete assigned tasks on time to support project schedules and customer requirements. Learn and implement new test methods and procedures to meet evolving customer and project needs.
Desired Background/Skills:
Comfortable performing repetitive tasks, testing activities, data entry, and detailed documentation work. High school diploma, GED, associate degree, or equivalent education required. Candidates on OPT visa status may be considered with three years of relevant experience. Some prior laboratory experience preferred. Ability to work effectively and thrive in a collaborative team environment. Ability to communicate effectively and achieve project objectives within cross-functional teams. Strong time management, interpersonal, and communication skills. Highly detail-oriented, organized, and capable of maintaining accurate records. Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications, including Outlook, Excel, and Word.
