About the Position We are looking for motivated, energetic, and results-driven Wireless Sales Representatives to join our Metro by T-Mobile retail team. This position is ideal for someone who enjoys sales, interacting with customers, and earning additional income through commissions and performance. We are not looking for someone who simply waits for customers to walk through the door. We want proactive team members who are willing to sell, follow up with customers, promote offers, generate opportunities, and help the store reach its sales goals. Responsibilities Provide excellent customer service and create a positive customer experience. Sell wireless devices, service plans, accessories, upgrades, and additional products. Understand customer needs and recommend the appropriate products and services. Meet and exceed individual and store sales goals. Upsell and cross-sell products and services appropriately. Explain promotions, financing options, plans, and device features clearly. Process activations, upgrades, payments, and other customer transactions. Assist customers with basic device setup and account questions. Follow up with potential and existing customers to generate additional sales. Participate in local marketing and customer-acquisition activities. Maintain a clean, organized, and professional retail environment. Follow company procedures for cash handling, inventory, and store operations. Work with management and other team members to improve store performance.

Qualifications Required:

Previous sales or customer-facing retail experience. Must speak English and Spanish effectively. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Comfortable approaching customers, recommending products, and closing sales. Goal-oriented and motivated by commissions and performance. Reliable, punctual, responsible, and professional. Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Preferred:

Previous wireless/cell phone sales experience. Experience with Metro by T-Mobile, T-Mobile, Cricket Wireless, Boost Mobile, Verizon, AT&T, or another wireless retailer. Experience working with sales goals, commissions, accessories, upgrades, and activations. What Makes Someone Successful in This Position? We are looking for someone who takes initiative.
