In this role, you will be responsible for cleaning and maintaining machine parts, ensuring optimal performance and longevity. You will also assist with technical service tasks, supporting the smooth operation of equipment and machinery. This position offers an exciting opportunity to work in a fast-paced environment where safety, precision, and customer service are paramount. Your efforts will directly contribute to maintaining high standards of cleanliness and operational efficiency across our facilities. Duties Ensure Machine shop, tooling and equipment is clean and orderly. Ensure all inkjet printers have sufficient ink/solvent levels. Maintain cleaning supply inventories. Ensure that all documentation is up to date at all times. Work with Senior MRO Purchasing / Technical Services Administrator to become familiar with his/her duties to assist as back up when needed. Properly clean, bag and tag all product contact parts as per cleaning SOP 409. Perform all work in accordance with cGMP's, housekeeping, good safety practices, and environmental regulations. Keep the cleaning rooms neat and orderly at all times. Maintain and control inventory of all cleaned machine parts that are stored in the clean room/mezzanine slats, manifolds brushes, etc. Place all change parts back in their original carts and totes once they have been cleaned, Bagged, tagged and place on the mezzanine in the assigned location. Keep mezzanine clean and orderly. Assist mechanics with the moving of equipment as needed. Communicate with the 2nd shift parts cleaner as to the status of the work that is to be performed. Must have a valid New Jersey driver's license and maintain a good driving record. Pick up/delivery of goods for company business using the company vehicle. Perform other duties as assigned by Manager/Supervisor. Skills Experience with hand tools such as screwdrivers, wrenches, brushes, and scrapers for detailed cleaning tasks. Ability to handle heavy lifting safely while following manual handling guidelines. Familiarity with the use of Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) such as gloves, goggles, masks, and protective clothing. Excellent customer service skills when interacting with team members or external clients regarding equipment status or maintenance needs. Ability to operate cleaning equipment efficiently while maintaining high standards of cleanliness and safety compliance. Pay:
