StratosMark, Inc. is looking for motivated, outgoing individuals to join our Brooklyn team as a Sales Representative. This is a customer-facing opportunity for people who enjoy talking with others, learning about technology, and helping customers find wireless solutions that fit their needs. As a Sales Representative, you'll represent AT&T in a retail environment, speak with customers about smartphones and wireless services, answer questions, and help customers choose products and plans. You'll receive hands-on training and support while building valuable sales, communication, and customer service skills. No previous wireless sales experience is required. Experience in retail, hospitality, customer service, restaurants, or other people-focused roles is a plus. What You'll Do as a Sales Representative Welcome customers and create a positive, professional experience. Represent AT&T by introducing customers to smartphones, wireless services, promotions, and available upgrades. Ask questions to understand customer needs and recommend appropriate AT&T products and services. Demonstrate smartphones, wireless features, and available promotions in a clear and easy-to-understand way. Help customers with upgrades, new lines, transfers, and other account needs. Explain current offers, device options, and wireless plans to help customers make informed decisions. Build strong customer relationships while working toward individual and team sales goals. Keep customer information and sales records accurate. Work with your team to create a welcoming and productive retail environment.
