Leason Ellis is an established IP boutique law firm headquartered in White Plains, New York. We launched in 2008, and now house over 30 patent, trademark, and copyright attorneys under our roof. We are one of only four firms listed in the IAM Patent 1000 New York section recommended on each of the prosecution, litigation and transactions tables. Qualifications You are an outstanding attorney with 8+ years of in-depth experience including transactional work such as IP due diligence and working with co-counsel, manufacturing and supply agreements, master services agreements, software and e-commerce agreements, and website privacy policies and terms of use. A solid tech friendly background and related degree(s) with the ability to prosecute patents is a plus. Ideally, you have a significant book of business and a client base which could benefit from our full-service IP capabilities.
