- Cost Segregation Associate / Senior Associate — Columbus, OH
Pay:
$78,000- $115,000 + bonus potential Turn buildings into tax savings. A growing cost segregation practice at a well-established Midwest CPA and advisory firm is hiring an Associate or Senior Associate in Columbus to deliver studies for business owners, developers and real estate investors. What you'll do:
- Prepare and deliver cost segregation studies from site visit to final report
- Analyze construction costs, engineering reports and fixed asset records to find accelerated depreciation
- Research tax law and support technical conclusions
- Work with tax, accounting and engineering colleagues on every phase
- Keep client projects accurate and on schedule What you bring:
- Cost segregation experience strongly preferred
- Tax, accounting, engineering, construction or fixed asset backgrounds also considered
- Strong analytical skills and attention to detail
- Willing to travel frequently for client site visits Why join:
