The ideal candidate enjoys working with customers, learning about wireless technology, and helping customers find phones, plans, and accessories that fit their needs. Responsibilities Greet customers and provide excellent customer service. Assist customers with selecting phones, wireless plans, accessories, and other products. Activate new lines, upgrades, and number transfers. Explain current promotions, pricing, and service options. Set up new phones and assist customers with basic device troubleshooting. Process purchases, payments, returns, and other transactions using the POS system. Recommend accessories and services while working toward individual and store sales goals. Maintain product displays, inventory, and a clean, organized sales floor. Resolve customer questions and concerns professionally. Follow company policies and procedures. Qualifications Strong communication and customer-service skills. Friendly, professional, and dependable. Comfortable working with smartphones and learning new technology. Sales or retail experience is preferred, but we are willing to train the right candidate. Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
