Responsibilities of an AT&T Wireless Associate (Spanish Required): Greet and assist customers with wireless service questions, billing inquiries, upgrades, and troubleshooting. Provide product knowledge on cellular plans, devices, and promotions to ensure customers get the right solutions. Educate customers on available features and tools to enhance their experience. Represent Heritage Marketing Solutions with professionalism and a commitment to customer satisfaction. Qualifications:

Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to multitask and provide solutions in a fast-paced environment. Previous experience in customer service, retail, or telecommunications is a plus but not required. A positive attitude and eagerness to learn cellular service solutions.
