Wireless AT&T Associate Responsibilities:

Engage with customers in person to present and promote AT&T wireless services Develop relationships with customers to provide tailored solutions based on the wants, needs, and desires of the customer Deliver exceptional customer service and sales solutions to ensure satisfaction and close all sales with customers directly Increase new customer acquisitions by creating a strategic approach that combines both sales and customer engagement with other team members Work collaboratively with Wireless AT&T Associates and managers to train on ways to maximize performance During training, increase knowledge of sales techniques to participate in industry-leading training sessions taught by top performers and our client directly Adapt to customer needs by being solution-oriented to find creative solutions to improve their experience What We Look for in a

Wireless AT&T Associate:

Prior working experience in a customer service, sales, or tech position Demonstrate the ability to meet sales targets Proven interpersonal skills in a team environment and in a direct sales/consumer environment are a bonus Ability to commute to our office and work with customers in a direct-facing position The ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment A strong work ethic to work a full-time position
