Responsibilities Greet customers warmly in both English and Spanish, establishing a welcoming environment Assist customers with selecting mobile devices, accessories, and service plans through engaging product demos Operate cash registers efficiently, handling retail sales transactions with accuracy and professionalism Upsell additional products or services to enhance customer satisfaction and meet sales goals Manage stock levels by stocking shelves, organizing displays, and merchandising products effectively Provide excellent customer service by addressing questions about store products, plans, and promotions Conduct product demonstrations to showcase device features and benefits to customers Maintain cleanliness and organization of the sales floor to create an inviting shopping space Requirements Bilingual fluency in English and Spanish is essential for effective communication with diverse customers Previous retail sales experience preferred, especially in wireless or electronics retail environments Familiarity with POS (Point of Sale) systems, cash register operations, and retail math for accurate transactions Experience with supervising or leading a team is a plus but not required Strong phone etiquette skills to handle inquiries professionally over the phone or in person Ability to perform basic math calculations quickly for cash handling and retail math tasks Knowledge of retail store product knowledge, merchandising techniques, and inventory management Excellent communication skills combined with a friendly attitude to build rapport with customers Experience in grocery store or retail sales environments is advantageous but not mandatory Embark on an exciting journey where your energy fuels customer satisfaction!
