Duties Greet customers warmly and identify their wireless needs through engaging conversations Demonstrate products, including smartphones, accessories, and related technology, through interactive demos Assist customers with retail sales transactions using POS (Point of Sale) systems and handle cash register operations accurately Upsell additional products, services, or plans to maximize customer satisfaction and store sales goals Maintain stock levels by stocking shelves, merchandising displays, and organizing inventory efficiently Provide excellent phone etiquette when assisting customers over the phone or via virtual communication channels Educate customers on retail store product knowledge, including features, benefits, and troubleshooting tips Support cashiering duties such as cash handling, balancing cash drawers, and processing retail transactions with precision Experience Prior retail sales experience is preferred, especially in electronics or grocery store environments where customer service is key Supervising experience is a plus, demonstrating leadership in team settings or managing daily store operations Familiarity with POS systems, cash register operations, and retail math for accurate transactions and inventory management Experience conducting product demos to educate and excite customers about new technology offerings Bilingual skills are highly valued to serve diverse customer bases effectively Strong communication skills with a professional phone etiquette to build rapport with customers Knowledge of retail merchandising practices and stock management to ensure an appealing shopping environment This role is perfect for motivated individuals eager to thrive in a fast-paced retail setting while helping customers stay connected through innovative wireless solutions.
