In this role, you'll represent Verizon Wireless, introduce wireless plans and services, explain product features and pricing, and assist interested customers with enrollment. Training will be provided to help you build product knowledge, strengthen your sales skills, and succeed in a customer-facing environment. Responsibilities Represent Verizon Wireless through professional, face-to-face customer interactions. Present wireless plans, devices, features, pricing, and available promotions. Identify customer needs, usage preferences, and budget considerations. Recommend suitable Verizon Wireless products and services based on customer needs. Assist customers with the sales, enrollment, and account follow-up process. Work toward individual and team sales goals while providing a positive customer experience. Qualifications High school diploma or GED and a willingness to learn Verizon products, sales processes, and customer enrollment practices. Comfortable engaging with customers in an in-person sales environment. Motivated, adaptable, and willing to learn Verizon Wireless products and services.
