Demonstrate and explain product features through hands-on demos. Recommend phones, accessories, and service plans that fit customers' lifestyles and budgets. Deliver outstanding service by answering questions, resolving concerns, and ensuring a positive experience. Achieve and exceed sales goals through strong product knowledge and upselling opportunities. Maintain clean, well-organized merchandising displays and manage inventory accuracy.
