Chosen Innovations is hiring Sales Representatives to join our team supporting a well-known company in the wireless and technology industry. Our team helps bring wireless, connectivity, and technology services directly to customers through retail locations. As a Sales Representative, you'll work face-to-face with customers, learn about their needs, explain available products and services, and help them find the right solutions. This is a great position for someone with retail or customer service experience who wants to move into sales, as well as someone looking to make a career change and build professional skills. What You'll Be Doing You'll represent a major brand in the wireless and technology space while working inside a retail environment.

Your day may include:

Approaching and speaking with customers in a retail location Learning about a customer's needs and recommending relevant products or services Explaining wireless, connectivity, and technology options Answering customer questions and handling objections Completing sales and helping customers through the enrollment process Creating a positive customer experience from the first conversation through the sale Working toward individual and team sales goals Participating in ongoing sales and product training No previous sales experience is needed! We provide classroom and in-field training on our products, sales process, and customer interactions. We're looking for people who are comfortable talking with customers, willing to learn, dependable, and motivated to improve. What You Can Expect Compensation Base pay + commission Weekly bonus opportunities Average representatives earn $700-$1,000 per week Training & Development Paid training Product and sales training Ongoing coaching and development Potential for advancement into training and leadership positions Schedule Full-time, approximately 35-40 hours per week Rotating schedule At least one weekend day required We are urgently hiring for our Sales Representative team and are currently scheduling interviews.
