We are looking for individuals who are customer service orientated who can provide product knowledge to our guests and who can offer advice on styles, trends and appropriate jewelry for different occasions. Management Associate We are seeking a dynamic and motivated Management Associate to join our team and contribute to the seamless operation of our retail environment. This paid position offers commission and other additional earning opportunities . This is an exciting opportunity for individuals passionate about retail management, customer service, and team leadership. As a Management Associate, you will develop essential managerial skills, oversee daily store activities, and support the store's overall success through effective team management and operational excellence. This role is ideal for aspiring managers eager to grow their expertise in retail sales, inventory control, and operational management within a fast-paced setting.

We will train you in the fine jewelry industry and help you advance with promotions through our Management team. You would begin as a Management Associate and with strong individual performance grow to Assistant Manager and then on to Store Manager. If you enjoy leading, training, sales and earning bonuses we'd love to meet you! Management Associate schedules can vary between day and night shifts, as well as weekends. DUTIES and
