Responsibilities of the Customer Solutions Representative Listen to customers' needs and recommend Verizon products through consultative sales conversations. Help customers compare wireless plans, devices, and available services with confidence. Guide customers through enrollment and account setup while ensuring a smooth experience. Build trust by providing clear answers, thoughtful recommendations, and ongoing support after each sales interaction. Partner with fellow Customer Solutions Representative team members to achieve daily sales objectives and deliver outstanding service. Continue developing consultative sales, communication, and customer relationship skills as a Customer Solutions Representative. Qualifications of the Customer Solutions Representative Strong listening skills and a genuine interest in helping customers find the right solution. Retail, hospitality, restaurant, customer service, or sales experience is helpful but not required. Comfortable communicating with customers in a professional, fast-paced environment.
