You'll learn what customers want from their wireless service, walk them through available options, and help them confidently complete enrollment. Every AT&T Enrollment Agent receives hands-on coaching while developing product knowledge, customer service, and professional sales skills in an active, team-oriented environment. Responsibilities of the AT&T Enrollment Agent Introduce customers to current AT&T smartphones, wireless plans, upgrades, and promotional offers. Ask questions about device usage, service preferences, and everyday connectivity needs to identify relevant sales opportunities. Compare wireless options and provide personalized recommendations without overwhelming customers with technical information. Walk interested customers through the sales and enrollment process with accuracy, professionalism, and attention to detail. Answer questions about devices, plan features, and promotions so customers feel confident before enrolling. Create a smooth experience from the initial conversation through completed sales enrollment. Contribute to daily sales goals while working alongside a supportive, performance-focused team. Continue developing as an AT&T Enrollment Agent through coaching, product education, and practical sales experience. Qualifications of the AT&T Enrollment Agent Friendly, confident, and comfortable interacting with new people. Strong listening skills and attention to detail. Interested in smartphones, wireless technology, and learning about new products. Customer service, hospitality, retail, promotions, or sales experience is helpful but not required. Goal-oriented, dependable, and receptive to coaching. Comfortable working directly with customers throughout the greater Murrieta area.
