This position focuses on initiating contact with prospective clients, qualifying leads, and setting appointments for the sales and tax advisory teams. Day-to-day responsibilities include making outbound calls, responding to inbound inquiries, introducing Simple Tax Solutions' services, and gathering key client information to support the sales process. The Sales Opener will maintain accurate records in CRM systems, follow up with leads, and collaborate with colleagues to ensure a smooth handoff to closer-level sales representatives or tax professionals. This role involves meeting daily and weekly outreach goals, providing excellent customer service, and representing the company in a professional and courteous manner. Qualifications Strong communication and interpersonal skills, including clear speaking, active listening, and the ability to build rapport quickly. Sales-oriented mindset with experience or interest in lead generation, cold calling, and appointment setting.
