The Customer Representative also delivers sales presentations and maintains steady sales activity. As a Customer Representative, you'll be taught how to turn everyday in-person sales and customer conversations into meaningful service and sales experiences. The Customer Representative's sales and product onboarding also covers how to listen, ask thoughtful questions, explain AT&T Fiber in straightforward terms, and recognize when a customer may benefit from a particular option. Role Responsibilities of the Customer Representative Connect with customers in person to promote AT&T Fiber's superior connectivity and explain its advantages over traditional internet. Highlight the benefits of reliable home Wi-Fi for seamless entertainment, gaming, and remote work in person. Guide customers through AT&T Fiber service options in person by asking insightful questions to identify their unique needs Address customer concerns about connectivity with reassuring, clear answers that build confidence in our service Ensure smooth and efficient enrollment and sales processes by carefully walking customers through each step Represent AT&T Fiber with professionalism in every sales interaction, maintaining a positive and knowledgeable demeanor Qualities of the Customer Representative Approaches new challenges with enthusiasm and professionalism.
