MUST HAVE WINE EXPERIENCE.

You'll be the voice of Cultivar to the people who already love us. We have a database of 43,000 email contacts, 30,080 contact phone numbers, of which 4,300 are past customers . We need a warm, knowledgeable person to reconnect with them, share what's new, and turn that goodwill into wine orders! What You Will Do Call past customers and contacts to introduce our current wines, new releases, library wines, and seasonal offerings Make personalized recommendations based on purchase history and taste preferences Convert conversations into orders, club memberships, and visits to our restaurants and tasting room Keep accurate notes and follow-ups in our CRM, Commerce 7. Track and report on calls, conversions, and revenue against weekly and monthly goals Share customer feedback with our team to help shape what we offer What You Bring [1-2+] years of experience in sales, telesales, hospitality, or wine/DTC sales A warm, confident phone presence and real comfort with outbound calling Genuine curiosity about wine, or the drive to learn quickly (we'll teach you our portfolio) Strong organization and follow-through Comfort with CRM tools and basic reporting Nice to Have Wine knowledge or WSET/sommelier coursework Experience with DTC wine, wine clubs, or e-commerce Experience in a restaurant or tasting room setting
