Educate clients on Medicare Advantage plans and benefits. Complete compliant Medicare enrollments. Deliver an exceptional customer experience from beginning to end. Accurately document customer interactions. Maintain CMS and carrier compliance standards. Meet individual production and quality goals. Compensation We reward performance. Team members are expected to work both remotely and in the office according to the company's hybrid schedule. Qualifications Required Active Florida 2-15 or 2-40 Health Insurance License Current

AHIP 2027

Certification Minimum one year of Medicare Advantage sales experience Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Strong computer and multitasking skills Ability to thrive in a goal-oriented sales environment Preferred Multi-state licenses Experience with multiple Medicare Advantage carriers Call center sales experience Proven history of meeting or exceeding sales goals Ready to Grow With Us?
