Experience Proven experience in inside sales, telemarketing, or B2B sales environments with a focus on technology or technical products. Demonstrated proficiency with CRM systems or similar platforms for managing customer relationships and sales processes. Strong negotiation skills with a track record of closing deals in a fast-paced setting. Familiarity with sales automation technologies, call center operations, and outbound calling strategies. Excellent communication skills in English, both verbal and written, with the ability to build rapport quickly over the phone. Previous experience in customer service roles that require active listening and problem-solving abilities. Knowledge of sales techniques such as consultative selling, deal closing strategies, and sales pipeline management.
