Insurance knowledge is a plus, but not required. Come work with a fantastic team, and leadership that is dedicated to your success AND your work/life balance! If you have the ability to build rapport with customers, set appointments, follow up, and be consistent day by day, this is the position for you! This position is a growth opportunity to become a licensed agent. The pay is $17/hr with bonus opportunities. Once licensed, the base pay will increase. You will set appointments for the Licensed Agents to quote customers Home, Auto, Life and other policies. Bonus opportunities can be earned through transfers to the sales team! Responsibilities Meet new business production goals and objectives as established. Be outstanding at relationship building. Call prospective customers and maintain phone time or sales quotas as determined by management. Schedule appointments for sales staff to meet prospective customers. Job Qualifications Outbound calling experience Willingness to obtain a P&C license within 60 days of employment, the agent pays for the class Be a great self-starter with a sense of urgency. Create relationships from a cold start. Excellent Communication/interpersonal skills. Prior Sales Experience.
