Join Subaru Evergreen Park as an Automotive Dealership Telemarketing Sales BDC (Business Development Center) Part Time team member. In this role, you will play a key part in connecting with prospective buyers, managing inbound and outbound communications, and driving sales opportunities. This position requires availability of afternoon into late evenings and 9-6 Saturday shifts, making it ideal for those seeking part-time work hours outside standard business times. Responsibilities Conduct outbound calls to prospective customers to generate sales leads and appointments. Handle inbound customer inquiries and convert prospects into scheduled appointments. Maintain accurate customer records and update sales leads in the computer system. Follow up with customers who have shown interest to nurture leads and encourage dealership visits. Collaborate with the sales team to ensure seamless customer hand-off. Meet or exceed monthly appointment setting and lead generation targets. Requirements Prior experience in telemarketing, sales, or customer service preferred. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to work nights and weekends as required. Strong organizational skills and attention to detail. Comfortable working with computers and customer data software. Self-motivated with a positive attitude and a team-oriented mindset.
