Job Description

What You'll Do As a Telemarketing /Vacation Specialist, you'll speak with prospective guests who have expressed interest in visiting Branson. Your goal is to build rapport, answer questions, and help guests secure an incredible vacation package.

Responsibilities include:

Make and receive outbound and inbound calls Explain vacation packages and promotional offers Schedule qualified guests for resort preview experiences Build rapport and provide outstanding customer service Accurately enter customer information into our CRM Meet daily and monthly performance goals Follow company scripts while allowing your personality to shine Represent Discover Branson with professionalism and integrity What We're Looking For We are looking for someone who is: Friendly, confident, and professional on the phone Comfortable speaking with new people Goal-oriented and self-motivated Positive with a strong work ethic Dependable and punctual Able to handle objections professionally Basic computer and typing skills Customer service or sales experience is a plus, but not required No telemarketing experience?
