Key Responsibilities Contact prospective customers via phone, text, email, and CRM-generated leads. Schedule qualified appointments for our sales representatives. Engage prospects professionally and build rapport while identifying their needs. Pre-qualify leads by determining interest, project scope, and eligibility. Maintain accurate customer records and detailed notes within the CRM system. Utilize scripts, call guides, and sales tools to maximize appointment-setting success. Collaborate closely with the sales team to ensure a smooth customer experience. Assist with administrative duties as assigned. Meet or exceed daily, weekly, and monthly appointment-setting goals. Qualifications Previous telemarketing, customer service, call center, appointment-setting, or sales experience preferred. Excellent verbal communication and interpersonal skills. Strong organizational and time-management abilities. Comfortable making outbound calls and handling objections professionally. Proficiency with CRM systems, scheduling software, and basic computer applications. Self-motivated, positive attitude, and goal-oriented mindset.
