We are currently seeking two highly motivated, energetic Inside Sales / Appointment Setters to join our growing team in our Freehold office.

Hourly rate + bonus with commission structure Weekly pay Flexible scheduling: Part-time and Full-time opportunities available Clear path for advancement: Inside and Outside Sales opportunities Paid training and ongoing development Positive, team-oriented work environment Paid Time Off Key Responsibilities Make outbound B2B calls to prospective and competitive accounts throughout the tri-state area Schedule qualified appointments for the outside sales team to conduct free cost analyses Present value-driven solutions focused on cost reduction and improved mailing efficiency Maintain a high call volume (minimum 50+ outbound calls per day ) Research, prospect, qualify, and generate high-quality leads Identify customer needs and match them with appropriate products and services Track daily and monthly KPIs and collaborate with the office team to achieve goals Support team performance and help motivate results through incentives and rewards Using the SMART framework for effective goal setting ( specific, measurable, achievable, relevant, time-bound ) provides a robust structure for setting practical performance objectives.
