This is an opportunity for a driven Loan Officer or mortgage professional who wants to leverage a steady flow of borrower opportunities while working within a supportive, technology-driven environment. Responsibilities § Connect with prospective homebuyers through inbound and outbound calls § Quickly establish rapport and identify the borrower's needs and goals § Educate borrowers on mortgage products, financing options, and the home-buying process § Pre-qualify and develop prospective borrowers into qualified mortgage opportunities § Follow up consistently with leads and prospects throughout the sales cycle § Build relationships that create a positive borrower experience § Work closely with processors, operations, and leadership to move loans efficiently toward closing § Maintain accurate activity, pipeline, and customer information in CRM systems Skills/Qualifications § Active Mortgage Loan Originator license (preferred) § At least 1-2 years of experience in a call center, mortgage origination, or banking environment § Mortgage lending or sales experience (preferred) § Strong phone presence and excellent communication skills § Comfortable making a high volume of calls and following up consistently § Self-motivated, competitive, and results-oriented § Ability to build trust quickly with borrowers § Strong organizational and time-management skills § Strong computer skills, including experience with Loan Origination Systems (LOS) and Customer Relationship Management (CRM) databases. § A genuine desire to help people achieve homeownership Benefits § 401(k) § 401(k) matching § Dental insurance § Employee assistance program § Flexible spending account § Health insurance § Health savings account § Life insurance § Paid time off § Professional development assistance § Retirement plan § Vision insurance If you're a motivated mortgage professional who is ready to take your production to the next level, we'd love to talk.
