(Up to $5000 per month, with no ceiling) An inside sales specialist is a dynamic hunter of relationships. If you have the ability to establish a connection with people over the phone, driven to make constant contact from 9AM to 3PM, and want to maximize your time, this position is for you! This position is a perfect position for individuals needing early mornings and afternoons free for personal life, but wants to maintain a part-time career. The Appointment Setting Professional will be responsible for engaging with 100+ potential clients daily, an established lead database, communicating with customers, understanding their needs, and set appointments for their assigned Outside Account Executive. New leads will be given daily! To be successful as an Appointment Setting Professional you should be able to build instant rapport and achieve customer satisfaction. A top Appointment Setting Professional should also be very competitive and a good listener.

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Sourcing new sales opportunities through inbound lead follow-up, emails, and managing an existing data base of qualified leads.
• Understanding customers' needs and requirements.
• Sending additional information via email.
• Setting appointment opportunities for Outside Account Executives.

REQUIREMENTS

• Ability to use a computer.
• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
• Good organizational skills.
• Strong listening and sales skills.
• Ability to achieve targets.

COMPENSATION PACKAGE

Pay:

Salary ($16.50)

+ Commissions

+ Performance Bonuses+401K

• Work hours - M-F, 9:00AM-3:00PM. Paid Fridays off earned with performance!
