Job Description

We are looking for a motivated and dependable Appointment Coordinator to join our team. The primary responsibility of this position is to contact potential customers, speak with business owners or decision-makers, qualify opportunities, and schedule appointments for our sales representatives.
Responsibilities:
Make outbound calls to potential customers. Speak with business owners and decision-makers. Ask qualifying questions to determine if the customer is a good fit. Schedule qualified appointments for sales representatives. Accurately enter appointment information and detailed notes into the CRM. Follow up with potential customers when needed. Maintain a positive and professional attitude on every call. Meet daily and monthly appointment goals.
What We're Looking For:
Strong communication and customer service skills. Confident and professional phone presence. Ability to stay motivated in a fast-paced call center environment. Reliable attendance and a strong work ethic. Ability to follow scripts while maintaining a natural conversation. Previous call center, sales, customer service, or appointment-setting experience
Pay & Opportunity:
This is a performance-driven position with opportunities to earn additional income through commissions and bonuses by meeting appointment goals.
Pay:
From $20.00 per hour Expected hours: 28.0 per week
