Responsibilities Conduct outbound calling campaigns to identify and qualify potential clients across various industries. Engage prospects with clear, confident, and persuasive communication to introduce our products and services. Utilize CRM software such as Salesforce to log calls, track interactions, and manage leads efficiently. Apply consultative selling techniques to understand client needs and tailor solutions accordingly. Negotiate terms and close deals by overcoming objections and demonstrating value propositions effectively. Collaborate with the sales team to develop strategies for outreach campaigns and improve call conversion rates. Maintain detailed records of call activities, follow-up tasks, and client interactions within sales automation technologies. Experience Proven experience in telemarketing, inside sales, or outbound calling roles within a B2B environment. Demonstrated proficiency with CRM systems such as Salesforce or similar platforms. Strong negotiation skills combined with technical sales experience, particularly in technology or software solutions. Familiarity with sales automation tools, sales technology adoption, and call center operations. Excellent communication skills in English, with the ability to engage clients over the phone confidently. Prior experience in customer service or client communication roles is highly desirable. Pay:

$15.00 - $17.50 per hour Expected hours: 8.0 - 20.0 per week
