Job Overview We are seeking a motivated and enthusiastic Phone Representative to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will be responsible for engaging with potential customers through outbound calls, providing information about our products and services, and driving sales through effective communication. The ideal candidate will possess strong customer service skills, a passion for technology sales, and the ability to communicate clearly in English. You will be speaking primarily with members of the military and their beneficiaries regarding medical insurance options. Responsibilities Conduct outbound calls to prospective clients to introduce our health insurance products and services. Effectively communicate the benefits of our offerings to generate interest and drive sales. Provide exceptional customer service by addressing inquiries and resolving issues promptly. Enroll eligible participants in health care plan. Maintain accurate records of interactions with customers in the system.

Part time to start,

Mon-Wed Location:

Onsite at Renton location - no remote available

Compensation:

$25/hr base pay $100 bonus for every new member enrolled through cold calling. (A family of 6 is $600) Eligible for bonuses after meeting minimum of 10 enrollments for the month. Current employees are making between $700 and $6900 per month in commission working part time.

Must Have:
