Key Qualifications:

Certification as a Cytologist or Cytotechnologist (ASCP or equivalent required) Experience preparing, staining, and evaluating cytology specimens (gynecologic and non-gynecologic) Comprehensive understanding of laboratory safety and quality assurance protocols Ability to effectively utilize laboratory equipment and information management systems Strong attention to detail and ability to identify cellular abnormalities Excellent organizational and communication skills Commitment to patient privacy and confidentiality standards
