The Animal Scientist will develop experimental methods and analyze data for new products carried out in all In Vivo Laboratories, including the study activities conducted in, rodent, rabbit and dog laboratories.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

Design and develop methods for in vivo laboratory experiments (i.e. Blood withdrawal, administering medication), including those for cell, rodent, rabbit and dog laboratories. Utilize laboratory equipment to analyze samples Willing to handle laboratory animals and/or animal samples, including animal care, and husbandry activities. Maintain cGMP/GLP, regulatory compliance for all In Vivo Laboratories. Maintain safety/federal/state regulation compliance for all animal laboratories. Develop and perform protocols, SOPs and NDMs in In Vivo Laboratories. Perform or assisting examinations/surgeries/treatments on the studying animals. New laboratory technology/equipment acquisition and existing equipment updating. EDUCATION and/or

EXPERIENCE

Bachelor of Science in life science or relevant scientific degree from a four-year college or university. 1-5 years of working experience is required; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
