Job Description

Job Title - Senior Associate Scientist, Analytical Sciences (Bioassay) Work Location - Cranbury NJ Job Summary Perform analytical testing to support biologics process development, characterization, stability, and product development programs. Generate high-quality analytical data using cell-based, molecular biology, and protein characterization techniques. Job Responsibilities Perform analytical testing following approved protocols, SOPs, and laboratory procedures. Execute bioanalytical and characterization assays including ELISA, flow cytometry, Western blot, gel electrophoresis, PCR, and related techniques. Support cell culture activities and sample preparation for analytical studies. Generate, analyze, and interpret experimental data and communicate findings through reports and presentations. Assist with assay qualification, method transfer, troubleshooting, and continuous improvement activities. Support stability studies, characterization programs, and development projects. Maintain accurate laboratory documentation in compliance with Good Documentation Practices. Author or revise SOPs, protocols, and study reports as assigned. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support project timelines and deliverables. Complete required training and maintain compliance with safety and quality requirements. Qualifications BS or MS in Biotechnology, Biology, Biochemistry, Molecular Biology, Biomedical Engineering, Biological Sciences, or related discipline. 0-2 years of relevant industry, internship, research, or laboratory experience. Hands-on experience with ELISA, flow cytometry, Western blot, PCR, DNA sequencing, mammalian cell culture, or similar techniques. Experience analyzing data using GraphPad Prism, Excel, R, or related software. Strong laboratory documentation, communication, and scientific writing skills. Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications. The anticipated salary range for this job opportunity is $55,000 - $88,000 The job description does not intend to list all the duties and responsibilities assigned to this position.
