Job Description

Our client is currently seeking a Sr Manager - Organic Chemistry/Materials/ISO/NMR •

Education:

Ph.D. in Organic Chemistry, Materials Science, Chemical Engineering, or a highly related discipline /M.S. degree •

Technical Background:

MUST have degree or exposure to Organic Chemistry MUST have contract manufacturing background in dilution/assembly of molecules/supplier development in contract manufacturing •

CMO/CDMO

Management:

MUST have demonstrated experience managing custom fine chemical synthesis or electronic material suppliers in Asia. Strong cross-cultural communication and remote project management skills are non-negotiable. •

Analytical Chemistry Mastery:

Deep hands-on proficiency in interpreting and configuring complex spectroscopy and chromatography sequences, including quantitative NMR a must (1H-qNMR / 19F-qNMR), HPLC-PDA-CAD, ICP-MS, and DSC. •

Quality Systems:

Must have put an

ISO 9001

quality management into place and have led this to an ISO certification, Also batch record auditing, and the deployment of PFMEA risk matrices. •

Leadership:

MUST have developed a team from scratch and managed a team #JDP
