This is an excellent opportunity for a recent graduate in Chemistry, Biology, Food Science, Pharmaceutical Science, or a related field who wants hands-on experience in the dietary supplement manufacturing industry. Responsibilities Coordinate with third-party laboratories for raw material and finished product testing Submit samples to laboratories and track testing status Review and organize Certificates of Analysis (COAs), laboratory reports, and test results Perform and document internal quality testing Maintain QC testing records, specifications, and supporting documentation Review incoming raw material documentation Assist with raw material and finished product release procedures Follow up with laboratories regarding testing questions, discrepancies, and turnaround times Maintain organized electronic and physical quality records Assist Quality Assurance with investigations, documentation, and GMP compliance Communicate with suppliers, laboratories, production personnel, and management Help ensure testing is completed accurately and on schedule Qualifications Bachelor's degree or recent graduate in Chemistry, Biology, Food Science, Pharmaceutical Science, Biotechnology, or related scientific field Must speak and write English fluently Strong organizational skills and attention to detail Comfortable working with laboratory reports, specifications, spreadsheets, and technical documentation Good communication and follow-up skills Ability to manage multiple samples, reports, and laboratory projects simultaneously Basic Microsoft Excel and computer skills Preferred but Not Required Spanish language skills Chinese/Mandarin language skills Previous laboratory, quality control, GMP, pharmaceutical, food, or dietary supplement experience Familiarity with COAs, specifications, microbiological testing, heavy metals testing, identity testing, or analytical laboratory procedures Experience Entry-level candidates and recent graduates are encouraged to apply.
