In this role, you will play a key part in developing and optimizing product formulations that align with our quality standards and customer expectations. You will work closely with senior formulators and cross-functional teams to support the development, testing, and scale-up of new products. Your responsibilities will include conducting experiments, analyzing data, and maintaining accurate documentation to ensure the successful formulation of high-quality nutraceutical products.

Experience Key Responsibilities:
Assist in the development and enhancement of product formulations based on customer needs and company quality standards. Conduct experiments, stability tests, and performance evaluations of different formulations. Analyze data and interpret results to identify areas for improvement and optimization. Collaborate with R D, manufacturing, and quality control teams to ensure successful scale-up and commercialization of new products. Maintain detailed documentation of formulation processes, test results, and observations for regulatory compliance. Troubleshoot formulation challenges and ensure compliance with industry regulations and safety guidelines.
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Chemistry, Chemical Engineering, or a related field. Strong understanding of formulation principles and techniques. Experience with laboratory equipment and procedures, including weighing, mixing, and sample preparation. Proficiency in data analysis and interpretation using Excel or statistical software. Excellent attention to detail and strong organizational skills for maintaining accurate records. Prior experience in nutraceutical formulation is highly preferred. Knowledge of regulatory guidelines and compliance standards in product formulation.
