What You'll Do As a Batch Mixer, you'll be responsible for preparing and producing chemical batches while ensuring quality, accuracy, and safety throughout the manufacturing process. Key Responsibilities Follow batch sheets and production formulas to accurately manufacture products. Measure, weigh, and add raw materials, liquids, and powders to mixing equipment and reactors. Monitor pumps, mixers, mills, gauges, and control systems throughout the production process. Maintain accurate production records and batch documentation. Ensure all manufacturing activities comply with company procedures and safety standards. Identify and report equipment concerns promptly to minimize downtime. Support packaging, staging, and order preparation as needed. Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment. Communicate production updates and batch information between shifts. Work closely with team members and supervisors while receiving ongoing training and development. What We're Looking For Required Qualifications 3+ years of manufacturing, production, or chemical processing experience. Experience with batch mixing, blending, formulation, or chemical operations. Ability to follow detailed instructions and maintain accurate documentation. Comfortable operating computerized control systems, HMI interfaces, and touch-screen equipment. Strong commitment to workplace safety and quality standards. Preferred Qualifications Chemical, pharmaceutical, industrial coating, or specialty manufacturing experience. Experience working with PLC-controlled equipment and automated production systems. Mechanical aptitude and troubleshooting skills. Forklift and material handling experience is a plus.
