Job Overview The Formulation Scientist - Powders and Capsules develops and supports production formulations across powders, gummies, liquids, and cosmetics. This hands-on role applies formulation science to help create products that are practical to manufacture and consistent with product requirements. Responsibilities Perform production formulation work for powders, gummies, liquids, and cosmetic products. Develop and refine formulations for powders and capsules, considering ingredient compatibility, product characteristics, and production needs. Document formulation work and communicate relevant findings to support consistent production.
