Job Description

Join Charles River's Molecular Imaging team and play a key role in advancing drug development through cutting-edge translational imaging and radiopharmaceutical sciences. In this position, you will support preclinical research programs using advanced imaging technologies including PET, SPECT, CT, and MRI. You will contribute to the development and production of radiopharmaceuticals and imaging techniques that help evaluate novel therapies and accelerate the path to life-changing medicines. This role offers the opportunity to work on both regulated and non-regulated studies while collaborating with multidisciplinary scientific teams in a dynamic research environment. What You'll Do Execute and document laboratory procedures in compliance with protocols, SOPs, and regulatory requirements. Collaborate cross-functionally to deliver high-quality data and meet project timelines. Troubleshoot technical, assay, and regulatory challenges with minimal oversight. Independently operate laboratory instrumentation and associated software platforms. Execute automated radiolabeling syntheses, QC assays, metabolite profiling, protein binding assays, and related procedures. Analyze and interpret scientific data using specialized software applications. Identify and communicate data or method issues to minimize study impact. Support laboratory investigations, process improvements, and operational excellence initiatives. Prepare study and non-study deviation documentation. Mentor and support team members as needed. Perform additional duties as assigned. Qualifications Required Education & Experience Bachelor's degree with 7-9 years of relevant experience; OR Master's degree with 3-4 years of relevant experience; OR PhD with 1-2 years of relevant experience. Additional Qualifications Strong written and verbal communication skills. Experience working within regulated laboratory environments and GxP standards. Ability to analyze scientific data and solve technical problems independently. Proficiency with Microsoft Office and laboratory software systems. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with changing priorities. Must be authorized to work in the United States without visa sponsorship. Compensation $105,000 - $115,000 annually Actual compensation will be based on factors including experience, skills, education, certifications, and work location. Why Join Charles River?
