Rochester, MN Join my client's Analytical Science team and help advance innovative CAR-T, gene therapy, and viral vector programs . This hands-on role spans the analytical lifecycle, turning scientific questions into rigorous assays that can help move novel therapeutic programs forward. Why You Should Apply Impact cutting-edge cell and gene therapy programs Work across assay development, qualification, validation, and application Comprehensive health, dental, life, disability, and AD&D insurance PTO, paid holidays, and Simple IRA with employer match What You'll Be Doing Develop and validate cell-based, flow cytometry, and molecular assays Characterize CAR-T cells and lentiviral vectors Design experiments, analyze data, troubleshoot variability, and define next steps Perform mammalian cell culture, qPCR/dPCR, cloning, and DNA/RNA techniques Prepare methods, protocols, validation documentation, and technical reports About You PhD or MSc in Immunology, Virology, Molecular Biology, or related field Expertise in multiparameter flow cytometry, panel design, and gating Experience with qPCR and/or dPCR Strong analytical method development and troubleshooting capabilities Scientific writing, communication, and data interpretation skills How To Apply We'd love to see your resume, but we don't need it to have a conversation.
