Job Description

Senior R D Chemist Posted on June 9, 2025 June 9, 2025 by JMJ Phillip We are seeking a talented and experienced Senior R D Chemist to join our client's innovative research and development team. This role involves contributing to the development of new chemical formulations and improving existing products through rigorous experimentation and analysis. Position Responsibilities Research and Development Design, develop, and optimize chemical formulations to meet project goals and regulatory requirements. Conduct laboratory experiments, analyze data, and interpret results to drive product innovation. Product Testing and Analysis Perform analytical testing and quality control to ensure consistency and reliability of formulations. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to troubleshoot and resolve technical challenges. Documentation and Reporting Prepare detailed technical reports, lab notebooks, and regulatory documentation. Present research findings to stakeholders and contribute to strategic planning. Prerequisites Proven experience in chemical research and development, preferably in an industrial or manufacturing setting. Strong knowledge of chemical principles, laboratory techniques, and safety protocols. Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to work independently or in a team environment.
