Over the past 12 years, she has led over 38 clinical trials as Principal Investigator and participated in 10 more as a sub-investigator, focusing on cosmetic dermatology. Our trials have covered botulinum toxins, dermal fillers, skin aging, laser and light therapies, cellulite, rosacea, acne, skincare, melasma, vitiligo, fat reduction, and skin tightening/body contouring. We are seeking a dedicated Clinical Research Coordinator to join our dynamic team in the field of aesthetic medicine. This role is pivotal in ensuring the successful implementation of clinical trials, with a strong emphasis on patient interaction , safety, and regulatory compliance. The ideal candidate will be highly organized, detail-oriented, and passionate about advancing patient care in the aesthetics sector. Responsibilities for the Clinical Research Coordinator include but are not limited to: Coordinate and oversee the implementation of clinical research studies in the field of aesthetic medicine. Serve as the primary point of contact for study participants, providing clear communication, education, and support throughout the research process. Conduct patient assessments, including review of health status, medications, and eligibility for clinical trials. Perform and document clinical procedures such as vital signs, visual acuity assessments, and protocol-specified evaluations. Monitor participants for protocol deviations, adverse events, and ensure prompt reporting and documentation. Guide participants through the informed consent process and maintain accurate records. Collect, organize, and manage study data in compliance with regulatory requirements and good clinical practice (GCP) guidelines. Collaborate with physicians, investigators, and research staff to ensure smooth study operations and high standards of patient care. Assist with regulatory submissions, IRB communications, and study documentation as needed. Support the research team with administrative tasks and contribute to ongoing quality improvement initiatives.

Minimum Qualifications:

1+ years previous experience working in a clinical setting (as a medical assistant or RN).

Bonus:

experience with aesthetics. 1+ years in clinical research in a private practice setting. Good Clinical Practice (GCP) Certification (or can obtain). Shipping and Transport of Regulated Biological Material.

Preferred/optional:

Basic Life Support Certification Experience with EKG and phlebotomy preferred or candidate must be willing to learn Excellent written and verbal communication skills Superior organizational and time management skills Capable of working independently with minimal supervision and also as part of a team Skilled with standard computer programs including the MS Office suite Understanding of medical terminology as well as standard clinical procedures and protocols Salary Commensurate with Experience $27-$30/hour
